Off-Market Properties and "Pocket Listings"

How do I solve this dilemma? I work hard every day to find off-market properties for my clients. These are homes that are going to up for sale but are not available yet in the MLS. I find them from a variety of sources and once I know my buyers' list of "must haves" I go to work for them right away. Sometimes it may involve reaching out to fellow agents on my 30 agent team, my entire 1000+ agent brokerage, or regional agent Facebook forums. I also do letter campaigns to a specific neighborhood to see if anyone has plans to sell.
